You are busy and have witnessed friends spend thousands of dollars and HOURS on their wedding planning.  You want to be involved but not responsible for the planning.  You will come up with a vision and pass it off to somebody with experience.  We work with you on everything – providing expert advice from locating your venue, managing your budget, vendor meetings, big and small event design, defining details, and creating personal décor on request.  We take care of everything from vendor referrals and meetings, to scaled event diagrams, inspiration and design boards, budget management, guest list management, and transportation.

One Lead Planner, Two Assistant Coordinators

You need some help, but you’re not sure how much.  Your busy with work and life, but are very creative and have lots of help from family & friends.  We meet with you, talk about your vision, and create a design plan for you to follow.  We provide you with vendor referrals matching your budget (we’ve seen them in action and know who’s good and who’s still working on it..) You will take care of most of the details in between the first and last month. (we are available via phone & email  to assist and guide along the way)

You have already planned all details and only need assistance on the wedding day so you can relax knowing the set-up is going to plan while you are getting ready. We will provide you with an associate coordinator who has the ability to ensure all your perfectly planned details come to life. Three months prior to your wedding, your coordinator will review your plans and troubleshoot logistics. We provide a planner and assistant to manage the day of from setup through breakdown.
